You can complete the on-line request form or phone us on 0800 844-888 for an application pack. Once you receive this forward the application form, together with:

  • A letter, written in your own hand-writing on A4 paper, telling us about yourself and why you would like to do the course

  • Two recent written references. These may be employment, baby-sitting or character references.

  • A passport photo.

  • An application fee of $30.00
